About the Role

Trimark Academy is being built to support employees, channel partners, and customers across the PV + BESS lifecycle. We are seeking a Senior Learning Experience Designer to establish the foundation for how learning is designed, developed, and delivered.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end learning solutions across modalities including eLearning, ILT/VILT, microlearning, video, and job aids.
• Translate complex product and technical content into clear, effective learning experiences.
• Own the full learning development lifecycle: analysis, design, development, and iteration.
• Establish structure and consistency in learning creation processes.
• Apply practical frameworks such as ADDIE, SAM, and agile methodologies as appropriate.
• Contribute to defining quality standards, templates, and repeatable approaches for learning development.
• Partner closely with product, sales, and technical teams.
• Drive efficient collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to reduce bottlenecks.
• Navigate ambiguity and evolving priorities with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Define clear learning objectives and success criteria.
• Incorporate feedback and performance signals to improve learning effectiveness.
• Ensure learning solutions are practical, relevant, and impactful.

Requirements

• 6+ years in instructional design or learning experience design.
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end learning solutions in dynamic environments.
• Experience building or scaling learning programs is strongly preferred.
• Strong needs analysis and content structuring capabilities.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Experience with LMS/LXP platforms (WorkRamp a plus).
• Proficiency with video tools (e.g., Camtasia or similar).
• Familiarity with AI tools for content development.
• Comfortable operating with a high degree of ownership.
• Able to balance speed with thoughtful design.
• Effective working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Brings a practical, build-first mindset with attention to long-term scalability.
• Ability to operate independently.
• Alignment with team and ways of working.
