About the Role

Develop individual software solutions for customer use cases using Generative and Agentic AI, with a focus on RAG-based systems and AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients, discuss needs, derive solution proposals, and provide updates throughout the development process.
• Design AI-based systems, including RAG architectures and agentic workflows, and implement them holistically with the team.
• Take technical responsibility within the team, provide direction, and support the long-term development of colleagues.
• Continuously test new models, tools, and technologies, from LLM evaluation frameworks to multi-agent systems, to maintain up-to-date solutions and architectures.
• Actively share expertise internally with colleagues and externally through workshops, trade fair visits, and presentations.

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in Computer Science, Data Science, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in developing AI platforms throughout the entire lifecycle, from training to inference.
• Experience as a Tech Lead, having guided AI teams and successfully completed projects.
• Proficient in Python development.
• Solid knowledge of tools and technologies such as Uvicorn, FastAPI, LangChain, and DeepEval.
• Experience with Cloud architectures (preferably Azure), container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and MLOps.
• Confident communication with clients and ability to explain complex AI concepts clearly.
• Experience in technical project management.
• Willingness for occasional travel within Germany for workshops, team meetings, and conferences.
• Fluent in German and English.
