Responsibilities
- Build and maintain infrastructure platforms and products that support applications and data systems, using hardware, software, networks, and cloud computing platforms.
- Ensure the reliability, availability, and scalability of systems, platforms, and technology through software engineering techniques, automation, and best practices in incident response.
- Develop, deliver, and maintain high-quality infrastructure solutions to fulfill business requirements ensuring measurable reliability, performance, availability, and ease of use.
- Identify appropriate technologies and solutions to meet business, optimization, and resourcing requirements.
- Monitor IT infrastructure and system performance to identify, address, and resolve potential issues, vulnerabilities, or outages.
- Use data to drive down mean time to resolution.
- Develop and implement automated tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention, utilizing software scripting/coding disciplines.
- Implement secure configurations and measures to protect infrastructure against cyber-attacks, vulnerabilities, and other security threats.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other engineers to define IT Infrastructure requirements, devise solutions, and ensure seamless integration with business objectives.
- Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations.
- Actively contribute to the organization's technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth.

Requirements
- Extensive experience with Citrix technologies, including Citrix Cloud, CVAD, & Gateway
- Considerable background in Windows Server, Windows 11 multi-session, Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, certificates, and VDI profile management
- Practical experience with CI/CD platforms (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Expert in SRE principles to improve platform reliability, availability, scalability, and performance
- Champion infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, ARM/Bicep, Ansible, DSC, and PowerShell
- Experience in advanced monitoring, alerting, and telemetry using Citrix Director/Analytics, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Splunk, Observe and related tools
- Experience working within ITIL-aligned enterprise environments
- Experience with Microsoft Azure virtual desktop technologies, including Azure Virtual Desktop-AVD, identity and access management, and cloud-based infrastructure services to support hybrid and multi-cloud environments
