About the Role
The Sales Assistant supports Sales Consultants by greeting guests, answering product questions, and assisting guests with vehicle technology. This role offers a foundation for learning and is a great entry-level opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Locate vehicles for presentation to potential buyers.
- Ensure vehicles are in excellent condition for presentation.
- Set up vehicle technology for guest deliveries.
- Comply with manufacturer's personal delivery standards.
- Call previously sold guests to schedule follow-up appointments and address questions.
- Answer guest questions and provide assistance as needed.
- Present products to guests in the showroom.
- Schedule aftermarket products and services.
- Prepare BVA as needed.
- Assist Sales Consultants as needed.
- Take vehicles for fueling after a purchase agreement.
- Drop off vehicles to the detail department.
- Inspect vehicles after detailing to ensure cleanliness and flawlessness.
- Pair customers with their new cars, connecting mobile devices, setting seat and stereo presets, and explaining vehicle features.
- Cover warranty and maintenance information.
- Address guest surveys.
- Assist guests to the extent needed and answer all questions.
Requirements
- Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
