  • Drive significant impact to elevate DoorDash's in-store business.
  • Operate as a hands-on owner, leveraging AI as a force multiplier.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to bring new use cases to market.
  • Identify and solve high-leverage new problems to grow DoorDash's in-store presence.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in strategy, operations, consulting, banking, or a high-growth tech environment.
  • Experience with 0-to-1 and 1-to-100 experience building a new product, program, or business line.
  • Bias to action and agility, thriving in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • A "breakthrough walls" mentality, pushing the envelope of what's possible.
  • Clarity of thought and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to manage up and across DoorDash, engaging with senior leaders.
  • Track record of building, leading, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Maturity to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
