About the Role
The Senior Account Executive is a high-performing sales professional responsible for driving revenue growth across the SMB and Mid-Market segments through a mix of inbound lead conversion, strategic outbound prospecting, and account expansion. This role is designed for a proven closer who can manage higher-value and more complex opportunities while also acting as a player-coach, sharing best practices and supporting the development of other Account Executives.
Responsibilities
- Owning the full sales cycle from discovery through negotiation and close
- Converting high-quality inbound opportunities generated through Marketing, SDR, and BDR channels
- Executing targeted outbound prospecting to build and maintain a healthy pipeline
- Managing larger, multi-location, and more complex customer opportunities
- Identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Building trusted customer relationships through a consultative sales approach
- Maintaining strong pipeline discipline, CRM hygiene, and accurate forecasting
- Consistently delivering against quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Mentoring other Account Executives and sharing sales best practices across the team
- Providing customer and market insights to support continuous improvement across Sales, Marketing, and Product
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Comfortable managing the full sales cycle, larger deal sizes, and multi-stakeholder opportunities
- Commercially driven, highly responsive, process-oriented, and disciplined in pipeline management and forecasting
- Strong negotiation, consultative selling, CRM, and relationship-building skills
- Leadership mindset and willingness to coach and support peers
- Experience in workplace solutions, office furniture, commercial interiors, technology, or another solution-based sales environment is an asset

- USD $100,000-$120,000 annually, depending on experience
- Uncapped commission structure
