About the Role
The Commercial Integration Senior Analyst will assist the team in the commercial integration of wind, solar, battery storage, and digital infrastructure projects. This role serves as a commercial liaison between various Clearway groups to ensure projects achieve commercial operations and are set up for efficient management and compliance. The Senior Analyst will help implement best practices, strengthen the project execution model, and standardize compliance practices and incentive programs.
Responsibilities
- Support project evaluations, contract reviews, and due diligence for acquisitions, divestitures, and investments.
- Support the development of assumptions for long-term operating budgets and underwriting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support plant optimization, project integration, and performance improvement.
- Establish compliance practices and procedures.
- Compile compliance requirements within project and partnership agreements.
- Support team members in resolving commercial issues with counterparties.
- Assist in negotiating and/or amending contracts to ensure achievement of commercial operations, compliance with performance metrics, and risk mitigation.
- Support Clearway’s strategic growth plan by ensuring project evaluations, reviews, and due diligence are executed with high quality and consistency.
- Support corporate initiatives to strengthen enterprise-wide processes and/or systems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of information-sharing platforms and work management systems.
- Develop and execute best practices and procedures for project commercial readiness and integration.
- Cultivate an inclusive and empowered culture within the team and Clearway.
- Build trusted relationships with peers and other segments of the business to improve coordination, communication, collaboration, and teamwork.
- Demonstrate commitment to professional and leadership development goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in financial analysis, business/market analysis, project valuation, project/business administration, project management, project development, asset management, compliance management, contract administration, deal execution, project finance, energy and environmental market analysis, or other analysis or commercial role.
- Experience reading regulatory or legal documents.
- Ability to read, translate, and interpret complex agreements or regulations; understanding of legal terminology.
- Experience researching, analyzing, and synthesizing data and reports.
- Excellent analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
- Strong business and financial savvy with an understanding of accounting, finance, and valuation concepts.
- Ability to perform at a high level in a matrixed organization, working in inter-departmental teams.
- Advanced expertise with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience manipulating and managing large amounts of structured and unstructured data.
- Prior experience with the use of formulas in Excel and creating reports from scratch.

- Ability to occasionally travel to company or project locations.
