About the Role
We are seeking a Strategic Projects Lead to manage and scale the data operations essential for frontier AI training. This role demands significant ownership, comfort with decision-making under uncertainty, and the ability to develop robust processes.
Responsibilities
- Own data delivery end-to-end, including deadlines, throughput, and quality.
- Solve ambiguous problems by building scalable solutions for organizational benefit.
- Recruit, train, and manage a distributed workforce, developing new hires into high performers.
- Collaborate with engineers to define technical requirements, identify blockers, and improve pipeline infrastructure.
- Identify and address bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and quality gaps through solution development.
- Combine analytical rigor, quantitative thinking, strong judgment, and creative problem-solving to manage data flow through complex systems.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in consulting, finance, startups, or similar operationally intensive fields.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects.
- Comfortable working directly with high-profile clients.
- Excited by process optimization and large-scale execution.

- $120K-$150k for SPL
- up to $200k for SSPL
