About the Role
We are looking for fantastic General Managers who lead their teams with positive energy, passion, and humility. We host our guests like family, always striving to create memorable experiences through "old-school hospitality". As a General Manager, you will show pride and ownership of your restaurant, support your local community, and embrace leadership by coaching your team to success. You will be hands-on, working closely with the kitchen, Head Chef, and management team to meet KPIs, standards, and efficiency goals, while prioritizing your team's happiness and welfare. Your role is to foster a culture of loyalty, positivity, and opportunity, recognizing the impact you have on your team, the community, and guests. You will report to the Operations Manager and build strong professional relationships with other restaurant teams, the Prep Kitchen, and the Support Office.

Requirements

Salary/Compensations
- £42,000 - 53,700 OTE (basic salary, plus service charge - our data says you can earn between £1 to £5 per hour on top of your pay)
