About the Role
Marsh's UK Insurer Consulting Group (ICG) provides insurers with tools and services to identify new opportunities, improve product offerings, and increase operational efficiency. As an Insurer Consulting Executive, you will offer insights to carrier clients, leveraging Marsh data and other sources to support their business plans. You will collaborate with an Insurer Consulting Leader on a portfolio of insurers, acting as a key point of contact.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage client meetings and internal briefings across stakeholder levels, ensuring clear follow-up, documentation and logistical oversight.
- Prepare, analyse and present management information (MI) and data-driven insights to support proposals, client presentations and account recommendations.
- Assess data and provide insights to the client.
- Be proficient at using Marsh and ICG’s data systems and AI tools to understand the data, its limitations, system issues and differences in accounting / reporting systems.
- Liaise with internal teams, including legal, product specialists and senior colleagues, to develop contractual documentation, gather required information and implement client solutions; escalate issues where appropriate.
- Provide day-to-day contact for designated insurer clients.
- Represent the firm at carrier events, cultivating professional networks and identifying opportunities to expand account activity.

- Experience of supporting on projects and ensuring they run smoothly, identifying any gaps or issues that may need resolving.
