About the Role

We are a storage facility company looking for a maintenance professional with hands-on experience performing a variety of plumbing and general building repairs. The ideal candidate demonstrates the ability to prioritize and plan various projects, and maintains a high level of productivity without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic janitorial and maintenance duties.
• Conduct basic building repairs.
• Perform mopping, sweeping, and cleaning.
• Resolve customer issues professionally.

Requirements

• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to walk the large facility throughout the day.
• Ability to work weekend hours as required.
