About the Role

As a Recruiter, you will own full-cycle hiring for critical roles across various organizations, with a strong focus on Deeptune. You will report to Deeptune's Head of Talent and collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective search strategies. This is a high-ownership role for an NYC-based individual comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and building robust processes.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting (sourcing → close) across marketing, finance, people ops, and operations.
Partner with hiring managers to map out needs and implement process improvements.
Build top-of-funnel using creative outbound sourcing, talent intelligence, and Mercor's product.
Coach hiring managers and interviewers on structured interviewing, leveling, and decision hygiene.
Operationalize hiring systems by tracking and optimizing key funnel metrics.
Champion speed and quality by driving SLAs for debriefs, offers, and candidate experience.
Build brand through campaigns, referrals, and events to attract top talent.
Represent Deeptune and Mercor externally to attract candidates in a competitive market.
Collaborate on dashboards, metrics, and process automation within Ashby and other recruiting systems.
Refine the technical recruiting motion as the Ops org hires more professionals with technical backgrounds.

Requirements

Experience with full-cycle recruiting across individual contributor and leadership roles.
Proven ability to build and scale hiring systems, identify key metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
High motor, outcome-oriented approach; hiring is a key strategic driver of growth.
Strong communication skills; able to work efficiently with General Managers, Account Leads, and internal leadership.
Familiarity with a range of roles, with an emphasis on GTM, Strategy, and Operations.
Ideally, some mastery of technical roles such as SWEs or FDEs.
Confident representing the Deeptune and Mercor brand to top candidates.
Familiarity with Ashby or ability to quickly adopt new tools and systems.
