About the Role
We are seeking two Associates with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience to join our Core Real Estate team in London. This role offers the chance to work on high-quality property transactions for a diverse client base, including pension funds, private capital, public money, and occupiers.
Responsibilities
- Advise on a wide range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, lettings and asset management.
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts, leases and ancillary documents.
- Manage transactions from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service delivery.
- Support senior lawyers and partners on complex matters and contribute to business development initiatives.
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 2-5 years’ post-qualification experience in real estate law.
- A mix of data centre, institutional and private equity expertise, with demonstrable experience of having worked on joint ventures and financings.
- Strong technical knowledge of property law and transactions.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and work under pressure.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client services.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
