About the Role
We are searching for an experienced Manager, Affinity Growth Marketing to join our dynamic team! Reporting to the Director of Affinity & Partner Marketing, this role focuses on strategic planning, performance analysis, and optimizing marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth within affinity and white label groups. We are looking for a confident and empathetic people leader who has experience managing high performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine comprehensive marketing strategies based on customer insights, market trends, and data analytics.
- Develop and implement demand generation strategies to create quotes and nurture qualified leads.
- Create actionable marketing plans that align with business objectives and brand goals.
- Collaborate with business development teams to ensure seamless market entry and alignment with business objectives.
- Identify market opportunities, competitive landscape, and target audience segments to inform go-to-market plans.
- Track the performance of go-to-market initiatives and iterate on strategies to achieve optimal results.
- Monitor and analyze growth and campaign performance by sector and region.
- Conduct data-driven assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimize and drive campaign effectiveness.
- Utilize multi-channel approaches to engage target audiences and drive pipeline growth.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, recommending strategic adjustments as needed.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a high-engagement and innovative culture.
- Offer continuous feedback, coaching, and professional development opportunities to support team growth.
- Define and implement processes and tools to enhance team efficiency and collaboration.
- Drive innovation by leveraging data and AI to improve marketing efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Redefine service models with partners and stakeholders to enhance collaboration and autonomy.
- Support the growth ambitions of affinity and white label marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience managing professionals.
- At least 7 years of experience in/or combination of; marketing strategy, affinity marketing, or demand generation.
- Proven experience in demand generation, and go-to-market strategy.
- Excellent project management skills, including budget management and timelines.
- Excellent communicator, proficient in presenting your ideas to various stakeholders and influencing business decisions.
- A team player with a positive attitude, you love working in a collaborative environment and inspire your team to thrive.
- Organized, at ease in a fast-paced, changing environment and able to prioritize.
- Solution-driven, not afraid to challenge status-quo and innovate.
- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
- For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.

- 15% Annual bonus target, with a potential payout of up to double the target
