About the Role

The Field Service Manager is responsible for servicing all clients, assisting with sales functions, and daily dispatch. We welcome applicants from various backgrounds involved in face-to-face sales and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Engage in sales, service, and business development.
• Travel throughout assigned territory to visit regular and prospective customers, maintaining good customer service (12 – 15 site visits a day).
• Strategize and communicate daily with fellow team members.
• Record all customer and prospect contact information in proprietary software and transmit reports to management on a weekly basis.
• Assist with operations at the Branch.
• Report to branch daily for dispatch.
• Work a schedule of Monday-Friday 5:30am-2:30pm.
• Work every third weekend, some holidays as required.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (past 3 years).
• Must be able to pass a drug screen.
• Must be able to adapt to and perform in inclement weather.

Skills

• Sales and/or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to upsell current business.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
