About the Role
At Parachute Health, we believe technology can transform healthcare, making it more efficient and accessible. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will ensure healthcare providers, suppliers, and patients receive the support they need to navigate our platform. You will develop a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, provide outstanding customer support, become an expert in the Parachute Platform, and assist users via phone, chat, and email. Your work will directly impact patient care by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Engage new Parachute users through live chat, email, and phone to establish relationships and ensure they are comfortable with the platform.
- Provide excellent ongoing service through empathy, active listening, resourcefulness, and a desire for the best patient outcome.
- Attend to technical operations tasks to help keep the platform running smoothly.
- Understand users and customers, and how Parachute streamlines their workflow.
- Work with patient health information, treating it sensitively according to HIPAA guidelines.
- Build and refine processes that scale with rapid growth.
- Leverage strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills with colleagues and external customers.
Requirements
- A strong understanding of excellent service standards.
- Patient, personable, and kind in all interactions.
- Experience supporting end users in an early-stage startup or technology retail environment.
- Enthusiasm for using technology to improve patient outcomes.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft applications and Google Workspace.
- Desire to work in a startup environment with a proactive and hungry mindset, able to pivot quickly.
- Creative, out-of-the-box problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Intellectual curiosity to explore various areas of a tech startup in healthcare.
- A positive attitude.
- Willingness to work modified hours on holidays and/or weekends.
