  • Partner with Culinary, Operations, Facilities, People, and restaurant teams to gather information, test resources, and translate feedback into practical training.
  • Write, format, proofread, and publish final recipe guides.
  • Visit restaurants to observe processes, test materials, gather feedback, and understand training application in a working kitchen.
  • Track participation, completion, feedback, and other learning data to assess program effectiveness.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date training calendars, project trackers, shared drives, and content libraries.
  • Handle logistics for training sessions, including booking rooms, scheduling, and setting up recording equipment.
  • Identify opportunities to improve training clarity and usefulness for restaurant teams.
  • Proofread and quality-check all materials for detail, consistency, and accuracy.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in learning and development, training coordination, culinary or restaurant operations, or a related field.
  • Experience with editing software such as CapCut, Final Cut, or AI-assisted platforms.
  • Experience delivering final printed assets via third-party printing partners, receiving V1 copies, and making final edits and orders.
  • Experience working in or closely supporting a restaurant, food service, culinary, hospitality, or food-focused organization.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to simplify detailed or technical information.
  • Strong organization, project-management skills, and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in active restaurant and kitchen environments and building relationships with restaurant teams.
