About the Role
We are seeking a passionate, autonomous, and driven Project Manager – iWAREHOUSE® Technology Solutions who brings energy, strategic thinking, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset. This role demands someone who thrives in ambiguity, navigates complex environments with ease, and takes initiative. You will lead the implementation and installation of Raymond’s iWAREHOUSE® technology solutions, independently identify process improvements, drive continuous innovation, and build strong cross-functional relationships. You’ll collaborate with Sales & Service Centers (S&SC), internal teams, and national clients to deliver seamless technology deployments.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end deployment of iWAREHOUSE® technology solutions in collaboration with S&SC’s, internal teams, and customers.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring resource alignment, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead customer-facing meetings to align on goals, share progress updates, and address risks or scope changes.
- Create standardized implementation playbooks and strategies tailored to customer KPIs.
- Oversee data transfers, cleansing, and integration to ensure accuracy, security, and usability across systems.
- Analyze reporting outputs to evaluate performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support for iWAREHOUSE® and Operator Assist solutions across multiple channels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify feature enhancements, process improvements, and scalable deployment practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- 5 + years of related professional experience.
- Ability to work in a fast pace, high intensity team environment and demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, dependability, and the ability to work to deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal, persuasion, communication, and problem-solving skills.
