About the Role

The Marketing Operations Lead will own the systems, data integrity, and operating rhythm behind our marketing funnel. This role is crucial for ensuring solid fundamentals in lead routing, database hygiene, email segmentation, and lifecycle tracking, directly supporting the Head of Growth in converting marketing activity into reliable pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Own HubSpot architecture, including workflows, lifecycle stages, integrations, and administration.
  • Ensure fast and accurate lead routing and scoring models.
  • Maintain database hygiene, segmentation, and sync integrity.
  • Build segmentation, nurture, and lifecycle tracking for email and campaign programs, ensuring deliverability.
  • Provide accurate conversion tracking and reporting across acquisition, product, and analytics.
  • Manage campaign operations through intake, QA, and launch processes.
  • Run a test-and-learn program with clear ROI and budget accountability.
  • Manage the marketing cadence of planning, reporting, and retros.
  • Partner with Sales Operations on funnel definitions, SLAs, and CRM sync.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing operations at high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
  • Advanced, hands-on ability to configure, architect, and administer HubSpot.
  • Ability to scale operations through systems, not headcount.
  • Proficiency in writing queries and answering reporting questions end-to-end without relying on a data team.
  • Ability to translate marketer and seller needs into process improvements while maintaining trust.
  • Experience shipping AI solutions (scripts, agents, workflows) to automate repetitive tasks.
