  • Monitor portfolio drift, tax-loss harvesting opportunities, and client-specific constraints to keep individual portfolios aligned with each client’s investment policy statement
  • Act as a cross-functional connector across the Advisory, Investment, and Operations teams to drive execution on firm priorities
  • Serve as a working partner to the leadership team in building the business; contribute to and help shape strategic initiatives and firm priorities
  • Provide practitioner insight to inform operating model decisions and client strategy
  • Engage directly with the firm’s technology and operational infrastructure; partner with the COO to evaluate, implement, and optimize the technology stack supporting the advisory business
  • Provide quality control oversight on the junior team’s client-facing work before materials reach clients
  • Serve as a mentor to Wealth Advisory Associates, setting the standard for client interaction
  • Contribute to business development through relationship cultivation, strategic introductions, and participation in prospect development

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage a book of high-net-worth client relationships
  • Deep financial planning expertise across investments, tax, estate, and risk
  • Strong understanding of portfolio construction, investment policy statements, and portfolio monitoring
