About the Role

We are looking for a customer-facing individual to manage multiple client projects across Data, UCaaS, and telecoms sectors. You will thrive in complex situations, manage uncertainty, and facilitate internal teams and suppliers to ensure project success and supportability. This role involves embracing and promoting department and company strategy and values, leading junior staff by example, and owning your learning and development. This is a 9-month Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave.

Responsibilities

Scoping, planning, resourcing, and initiating projects.
Ensuring successful end-to-end project delivery, including risk and jeopardy management, to meet deadlines, budget, and quality standards.
Creating, maintaining, and communicating all project documentation during the project lifecycle.
Developing and agreeing on Customer Communication Plans.
Appropriately handing over delivered solutions to Gamma Operational Teams upon project completion.
Managing customer project billing and ensuring revenue recognition aligns with forecasted commitments.

Requirements

Eligible to work in the UK.
Pass a basic DBS check.

Skills

Background in telecoms or data industry
Project delivery or implementation experience
Experience in developing and managing a broad suite of project documents in a project environment
Confident in hosting customer meetings and presentations with senior representatives of high-profile companies
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proven ability to manage a virtual project team and associated resources
Supplier management experience is desirable
Prince 2 certified
