About the Role

Sierra is building a platform to help businesses create better customer experiences using AI. This role is crucial for managing the operational cadence of Product & Engineering, ensuring clarity, velocity, and alignment across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Run the operating cadence for Product & Engineering, including planning cycles, roadmap workflows, initiative tracking, sprint planning, and team initiatives.
  • Design and optimize key processes such as product reviews, retrospectives, team syncs, and engineering demos.
  • Build and maintain operational artifacts like roadmaps, planning documents, capacity trackers, dashboards, and retrospectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives spanning Product, Eng, Design, Brand, Sales, and Ops teams.
  • Partner with product, eng, and marketing leads to create scalable frameworks for goal-setting, prioritization, and execution.
  • Analyze operational data and team feedback to identify friction points and implement systems for improved execution.
  • Build and continuously improve the internationalization operations playbook for scalable growth.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Business Operations, or Program Management in a high-growth, product-led company.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling operational processes from scratch.
  • Highly organized and methodical, bringing rigor, structure, and momentum to ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of clear, succinct, and persuasive communication across stakeholders and levels.
  • Comfortable using tools like Linear, Figma, Google Drive, or similar to create lasting systems.
  • Strong analytical instincts with proficiency in Excel/Sheets.
  • Experience at an early-stage startup or scaling product organization is a plus.
  • Familiarity with OKR frameworks, roadmap tools, or product analytics platforms is a plus.
  • Background in product management, engineering, or consulting/strategy with deep operational exposure is a plus.
  • Experience with vendor management and localization expansion efforts is a plus.
  • SQL or dashboard experience is a plus.
