About the Role

The Senior Private Banking Executive role supports the generation of new external client relationships across various industry sectors, helping them achieve financial goals through comprehensive banking, lending, investment, and estate planning services. The role involves managing client relationships, identifying needs, and ensuring high standards of service, while also assisting in event planning and managing key client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Support the generation of new external client relationships.
  • Manage client relationships and identify client needs.
  • Ensure liaison with appropriate parts of LBG for first-class service standards.
  • Assist in planning and executing events.
  • Assist Directors and Managers in relationship management of key clients and stakeholders.
  • Support Private Banking Managers and Directors with large and complex entrepreneur clients.
  • Contribute to client meetings, relationship planning, and delivery.
  • Ensure clients receive seamless, joined-up support across banking, lending, investments, and estate planning.
  • Manage relationships with entrepreneurs, founders, and owner-managed businesses.
  • Use market and sector insight for proactive engagement and excellent service.
  • Plan and deliver client and colleague events.
  • Strengthen relationships and showcase the Entrepreneurs proposition.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external introducers for quality referrals and sustainable growth.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience supporting High Net Worth client relationships within Private Banking, Wealth or a similar environment.
  • Understanding of the financial services landscape and the needs of entrepreneur clients.
  • Strong organisation and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative mindset with growing confidence in stakeholder engagement.
  • Supporting complex or vulnerable client situations.
  • Experience contributing to events or client engagement initiatives.
