About the Role
We are looking for a Hardware Verification Engineer for military Software Defined Radios to join our expert team at K-tronik. Work with passion and team spirit on exciting projects and future-oriented technologies in the radio and communications industry.
Responsibilities
- Verification and commissioning of hardware modules for the latest generations of military Software Defined Radios.
- Performing hardware tests using measuring equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and spectrum analyzers.
- Implementation of automated hardware tests.
- Optimization and further development of test frameworks in close cooperation with the firmware, hardware, and device integration teams.
Requirements
- Completed studies in electrical engineering or a comparable technical field, ideally specializing in communications or RF technology.
- Sound experience in hardware testing, ideally in a military or security-critical environment.
- Very good knowledge of Python.
- Experience with electrical measuring instruments such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and spectrum analyzers.
- Practical experience with test automation and the development of test frameworks.
- Committed, team-oriented way of working combined with a self-reliant working style.
- Confident demeanor coupled with strong communication and assertiveness skills.
- Fluent German (written and spoken), good English skills are an advantage.
