About the Role
Own the end-to-end post-sales journey for strategic accounts, ensuring customer success and loyalty. Act as a liaison between customers and the product team, translating feedback into product improvements. Contribute to building Customer Success processes, playbooks, and metrics for a scaling company.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high-touch enterprise accounts.
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted AI solutions advisor.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer needs.
- Resolve customer conflicts and provide timely solutions.
- Identify and create growth opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Expand the adoption of STAN's AI tools across client portfolios.
- Demonstrate STAN's capabilities through product walkthroughs and presentations.
- Set and track account targets aligned with company objectives.
- Manage churn through proactive engagement and strategic problem-solving.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Sales & Marketing, and Operations for optimal client experiences.
- Represent the customer's voice internally to drive their needs forward.
- Contribute to Customer Success best practices, including process creation and account growth planning.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical consulting/implementation, customer service, or client success.
- Hands-on sales experience and ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Familiarity with CRM software, Project Management, and CS Platforms.
- Experience scaling Account Management programs in a fast-paced startup.
- Deep understanding of performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, objection handling, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to deliver projects and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
