Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and handle administrative tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
- Process bookings and payments accurately.
- Respond to inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Promote tours and additional products.
- Maintain accurate records, including handovers, maintenance logs, lost property, and guest interactions.
- Assist with linen management, bed-making, and cleaning rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Support the setup and dismantling of accommodation spaces.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work well with others and build rapport with guests and colleagues.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Great timekeeping, resilience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Customer service mindset with the ability to handle concerns calmly and positively.
- Comfortable with daily computer tasks, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and general IT skills.
- Ability to adapt to new software quickly.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluent English (spoken, written, and reading).
- Right to Work in the UK.
