About the Role

Support the experienced Regulatory Affairs Team with the regulatory review of products and research projects. Gain practical insights into regulatory affairs within the food supplement industry and contribute to daily business and new product launches. Utilize modern tools, including AI, for research and structuring information.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regulatory and scientific research on ingredients, product claims, labelling requirements, and relevant legal developments.
  • Support the team with day-to-day operational tasks related to new products, product changes, and portfolio reviews.
  • Use AI and other digital tools to research, structure, and summarise regulatory information efficiently.
  • Help prepare documentation and internal overviews for regulatory projects.
  • Take ownership of defined research topics and smaller projects based on experience and development.
  • Support country-specific regulatory topics based on language skills in other sales countries.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university program in Food Chemistry, Nutritional Sciences, Nutrition and Home Economics, Food Technology, or a comparable field of study.
  • Available for a full-time internship of six months and remain enrolled throughout the internship.
  • Interest in EU food law, food supplements, and regulatory affairs.
  • Enjoy conducting detailed research and are curious about using AI tools to support work.
  • Work carefully, reliably, and in a structured manner.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable supporting the team across a broad range of topics.
  • Confident using Google Workspace or comparable digital tools.
  • German and English language skills at B2 level or above.
  • Based in Berlin or willing to relocate to Berlin for the duration of the internship.
