About the Role
Assist with resource management, staffing administration, third-party vendor management, reporting, and other operational tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage fixed assets, including purchase, write-off, replacement, annual checks, and relocation.
- Handle staffing administration, including attendance review, job descriptions, and performance evaluations.
- Administer IDs and access, including system access management, record retention, and subscriptions.
- Perform daily operations such as invoice payment, expenditure tracking, RFIs, and event assistance.
- Coordinate third-party vendor management, including onboarding, exit, and ongoing monitoring.
- Prepare reports as needed and participate in special projects.
- Assist with ad hoc projects to facilitate cross-departmental communication and collaboration.
Requirements
- Excellent technical skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong writing skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
