About the Role

The Treasury Manager reports to the Treasury Director and interacts with Corporate Accounting, Tax, Payables and Receivables, and Audit. This role requires a quick learner with strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills, along with experience in a Sarbanes-Oxley environment. The ideal candidate possesses intellectual curiosity, strives for continuous improvement, and thrives in a high-performing corporate culture.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily cash position and ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
  • Develop and maintain detailed short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.
  • Implement automation tools to streamline cash forecasting and reporting processes.
  • Identify and implement strategies to optimize cash balances and minimize idle balances.
  • Oversee cash management operations including daily cash administration and management of bank accounts.
  • Oversight of daily treasury operations, including wire transfers, ACH payments, and cash pooling.
  • Oversee bank account administration, including account openings/closures, and signatory updates.
  • Negotiate and manage bank fees.
  • Execute on liquidity needs for working capital and invest short-term excess cash.
  • Manage execution of inter-company netting, inter-company lending, dividends, and capital injections.
  • Manage execution of foreign exchange hedging programs, settlements, and reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement of treasury operations to maximize team productivity.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in cash management and treasury operations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and monitor treasury operational policies.
  • Manage Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for Treasury operations.
  • Support external and internal audits related to cash and treasury operations.
  • Supervise and mentor treasury operations team.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. person as defined by ITAR (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee).
  • Experience working in a global business environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
