About the Role
As a Store Stock Operator at Levi Strauss & Co., you will be the link between the stockroom and the sales floor, playing a key role in managing inventory and ensuring an exceptional customer shopping experience in collaboration with the Stock Manager or Store Manager.
Responsibilities
- Review store sales and KPIs to identify sales opportunities with the Store Manager.
- Ensure daily replenishment of merchandise is efficient and accurate.
- Train store employees on inventory management policies and standards.
- Ensure products in the sales floor and stockroom are well-displayed, sorted, and labeled.
- Organize and manage the stockroom.
- Support the sales floor team.
Requirements
- Has relevant experience with inventory operations.
- Can think strategically, work flexibly, and drive change.
- Can adapt quickly to the operational needs of the store.
- Has the ability to prioritize tasks, work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and is highly organized.
- Can work equally effectively in a team and alone.
- Has a love for detail and works at a quick pace.
