About the Role
This role is ideal for a high-performing dispatch and customer coordination professional who enjoys owning the schedule, guiding customers to a booking, and keeping field operations running smoothly. This position combines customer-facing booking conversations with real-time dispatching and operational coordination. Success requires sound judgment, active listening, confident communication, and the ability to guide conversations toward a clear outcome while managing a fast-moving schedule.
Responsibilities
- Lead helpful customer conversations that turn inquiries into booked appointments
- Listen carefully, ask the right questions, and identify each customer’s needs
- Clearly explain our services, process, availability, and pricing structure
- Set clear and realistic expectations from the first conversation
- Respond to inbound calls, texts, and emails promptly and professionally
- Manage daily dispatching and technician schedules to maximize productivity and minimize travel time
- Make real-time scheduling adjustments in response to job changes, urgent requests, delays, and customer needs
- Serve as a central point of coordination between customers, technicians, and the office
- Support technicians in the field with timely information and schedule updates
- Take ownership of administrative tasks that keep the team organized, responsive, and efficient
- Follow up with customers and help ensure a consistently excellent experience
Requirements
- Three to five years of experience in dispatching, customer service, scheduling, or administration
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to reliably commute to our local office
- Experience with home-service or contractor-based businesses is preferred
- CRM or ServiceTitan experience is also a plus
- An interest in home improvement or previous field experience is an added bonus

- Confidence guiding customer conversations toward a booked appointment without using high-pressure sales tactics

- Excellent phone, text, and email communication skills
