About the Role
The Fitness Advisor is responsible for recruiting new members, understanding their health and fitness goals, and recommending services to help them achieve those goals.
Responsibilities
- Building a pipeline of potential members using provided tools and resources.
- Touring potential members around the club and educating them on services.
- Creating success plans for new members by leveraging GoodLife service offerings.
- Building and maintaining member relationships through consistent follow-up.
Requirements
- Experience in sales.
- High degree of self-motivation and resilience in a sales environment.
- Ability to build rapport and connect with a diverse group of people.
- Passion for helping others and a commitment to personal health and fitness.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Commitment to contributing to a culture that celebrates diversity, equity & inclusion and values giving back to communities.

Salary/Compensations
- Base wage of $19.70 per hour, eligible for commissions.
- Expected annual total compensation range: $40,900 - $59,100.
