About the Role

Wonder is seeking a high-velocity, detail-oriented Executive Assistant & Investor Relations Coordinator to partner directly with our Chief Financial Officer. This hybrid role serves as the operational backbone for the CFO’s day-to-day schedule and a crucial execution partner for the broader finance organization, bridging executive support, finance operations, and investor communications.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume, dynamic calendar for the CFO, prioritizing competing demands and aligning schedules with business priorities.
  • Track CFO deliverables, action items, and departmental deadlines, ensuring seamless cross-functional follow-through.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming requests, triage communications, and act as a strategic gatekeeper to optimize the CFO's time.
  • Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for investors, analysts, and board members.
  • Coordinate investor meetings, earnings calls, roadshows, analyst days, and shareholder events, managing end-to-end logistics and schedules.
  • Maintain and update the IR CRM/database, tracking interactions, investor profiles, cap table updates, and meeting follow-ups.
  • Assist in drafting, proofreading, and organizing investor communications, quarterly earnings decks, shareholder letters, and investor data rooms.
  • Coordinate the preparation and distribution of board meeting materials, board decks, and post-meeting action items.
  • Prepare, process, and reconcile expense reports, invoices, and purchase orders for the finance and IR functions.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality surrounding non-public financial information, strategic plans, and sensitive investor relations communications.
  • Drive operational improvements across administrative and IR workflows to enhance team efficiency.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, detailed itineraries, and travel logistics for investor and executive meetings.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of experience supporting C-level executives (preferably CFOs), preferably within fast-paced or high-growth environments
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail when proofreading financial presentations, decks, and investor correspondence.
  • Proven ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and operate independently
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive, with experience operating within a highly collaborative Google-based work environment
  • Experience supporting executive leadership in finance, operations, technology, or high-growth startup environments is a plus
  • Experience coordinating board meetings, investor communications, or executive-level presentations
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Direct exposure to Investor Relations, Finance, or Corporate Governance in a high-growth or public company environment.
