Responsibilities

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Acting as the first point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries.
• Serving as a brand ambassador and demonstrating in-depth product knowledge.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with customers.
• Providing outfit building and product recommendations.
• Assessing customer needs and providing assistance and information on product features.
• Driving store KPIs and suggesting improvements.
• Ensuring shop and stock room maintenance, presentation, and organization.

Requirements

• Previous track record within hospitality or retail.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
• Team player who recognizes and celebrates others' contributions.
• Ability to work well with change, adapt quickly, and work with pace.
