Responsibilities
- Build components for live trading and research environments.
- Drive automation and robustness of processes.
- Develop robust data checking and handling procedures.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues.
- Share responsibility for the timely and correct operation of trading systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science or other STEM discipline.
- 2+ years of commercial experience with Python and its data science libraries on Linux.
- Demonstrate a pragmatic balance between attention to detail and delivery focus.
- Ability to work with ambiguous requirements.
- Be self-driven, owning problems while knowing when to seek advice.
- Knowledge of finance and trading systems is a plus.
- Experience with a systems programming language (e.g. C++, Rust) is a plus.
- Commercial use of cloud compute and containers is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and command of statistics is a plus.
- Be in the office five days a week.
