About the Role
As a Senior Analyst, Strategy, you will be the primary architect of multi-channel media plans and the project lead for their execution. You will look at the client’s "big picture" and partner with clients to map business goals to advanced activation strategies.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to map business goals to advanced activation strategies across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, while leveraging Amazon DSP to capture high-intent audiences.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of complex campaigns, ensuring seamless integration between social storytelling and programmatic precision.
- Analyze data to uncover deep consumer insights, optimize for long-term value (LTV), and refine attribution models.
- Develop and execute robust A/B testing frameworks (creative, audience, and bidding) to constantly push the boundaries of what’s possible on emerging platforms like TikTok.
- Act as a strategic consultant for your clients, translating technical platform updates into actionable business opportunities during weekly, monthly, and annual strategy reviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure Social and Amazon DSP efforts are harmonized, maximizing reach and minimizing frequency fatigue.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of full-time experience in digital media optimization.
- Deep hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager is required.
- Strong understanding of YouTube/Google Ads and the nuances of video-first activation.
- Experience with Amazon DSP (or similar sophisticated DSPs) to drive full-funnel activation and retail media integration.
- Proven ability to move beyond execution into "Activation Strategy"—understanding how creative, data, and platform algorithms work together.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to turn complex Excel or BI tool data into compelling slide decks and strategic narratives.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to manage complex workloads in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
