About the Role

Sofa Dreams is looking for creative, engaged individuals with an eye for the special to help set new standards in modern design, high-quality furniture, and a passion for furniture. Join our team and help create inspiring living spaces.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop our Shopify store.
• Create and optimize products, categories, and landing pages.
• Implement campaigns, discount promotions, and seasonal sales.
• Optimize the customer journey and checkout process.
• Test new Shopify apps and features.
• Ensure shop quality and perform regular function checks.
• Maintain and optimize product data.
• Manage and monitor product feeds with Productsup and ChannelPilot.
• Ensure high data quality across all sales channels.
• Analyze and resolve feed or listing issues.
• Coordinate closely with purchasing, product management, and customer service.
• Manage and optimize marketplace accounts.
• Control assortment and optimize listings.
• Monitor performance.
• Implement sales promotions.
• Support the expansion of additional sales channels.
• Analyze sales, traffic, and conversion data.
• Create regular reports.
• Identify optimization potential.
• Implement measures to increase conversion rates and sales.
• Coordinate with marketing, customer service, purchasing, and logistics.
• Coordinate external service providers.
• Support the implementation of new projects and system adjustments.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in e-commerce.
• Good knowledge of Shopify.
• Experience with online marketplaces.
• Experience with Productsup and/or ChannelPilot or comparable feed management systems.
• Proficient in Google Analytics 4 and ideally Google Tag Manager.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and conversion optimization.
• Structured and meticulous work approach.
• Analytical thinking skills.
• High level of initiative and hands-on mentality.
• Ideally, experience in the furniture, home & living, or lifestyle e-commerce sector.
