About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team in Berlin. This role is ideal for individuals looking to advance their sales career, possessing strong communication skills and a proactive approach to cold calling and lead qualification. You will learn the fundamentals of outbound sales, with clear development paths towards an Account Executive role or other positions within the company.
Responsibilities
- Build a strong outbound pipeline through independent lead research and systematic cold calling, continuously supplying the sales team with qualified opportunities.
- Systematically build sales expertise, covering the complete Sales Development process from initial research to qualified lead.
- Identify high-value B2B prospects in the mid-market segment, initiate conversations, and convert cold contacts into warm sales opportunities.
- Sharpen communication skills through cold calls and email campaigns, learning to persuade decision-makers.
- Master modern sales tools like HubSpot, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to professionally manage the lead process.
- Test new outreach methods, optimize processes, and gain strategic experience for career advancement.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience through internships, working student roles, or early career positions.
- Desire for responsibility and a drive to directly influence success.
- Convincing communication skills, both over the phone and via email.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and learning.
- Long-term ambition to grow in sales.
- Fluent German and proficient English for internal coordination.
