About the Role
Support the operations of the National Fundraising Team by executing fundraising campaigns and events. Streamline processes, coordinate with internal and external teams, manage logistics, and handle administrative tasks like tracking finances and processing expenses to support effective fundraising efforts.
Responsibilities
- Support the National Fundraising Team on national fundraising campaigns, events, challenges, and related tasks/projects.
- Develop systems and processes to support the National team on major campaigns and events.
- Liaise with relevant members to uphold IR’s standards and expectations.
- Liaise with internal and external teams to continuously improve the department’s onboarding process.
- Prepare and submit requests for marketing and/or Communications and Government Relations collateral for fundraising needs.
- Liaise with the National team to organize regional events and activities.
- Track profit/loss after events and campaigns.
- Oversee/submit department invoices, expenses, and reimbursements to finance.
- Support the National Fundraising Team with day-to-day tasks.
Requirements
- Some experience in administrative work or a relevant position.
- Experience with planning and implementing events.
- Project management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to utilize Excel and prepare documents.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proven capacity to work collaboratively and proactively with colleagues.
- Proven capacity to work effectively independently and in a team.
- Proven capacity to work under time-bound and stressful conditions.
- Strong motivation and empathy towards the aims and objectives of the organization.
