About the Role
Responsible for all aspects related to entering medication orders and workflow management. Works under general supervision and follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks. May assist in orienting and training employees.
Responsibilities
- Daily preparation of call center workflow
- Accurate data entry of incoming prescriptions and refills
- Maintaining prescription refill requests
- Foundation Assistance management
- Backup for inbound/outbound calls as required
- Accurately selecting billing and shipping methods for incoming patient orders
- Provide clinical services in TherigySTM
- Resolution to customer service issues to ensure member satisfaction
- Resolution to payment related issues on accounts/orders
- Maintain and keep reasonable production as determined by supervisor
- Assist in orienting and training new employees
- Completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be available, and on-time for scheduled work shifts.
- Must be able to work nights as required.
- Past experience in a customer service related field
- 6-12 months experience as a pharmacy technician
- Drug test
- Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
- Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position

Experience Level
- 6-12 months experience as a pharmacy technician
Education Level
- High School Diploma or GED
- Pharmacy technician or related certification
Salary/Compensations
- $18.00-21.00 an hour
