About the Role
ING Americas Tech is the support backbone and catalyst for new and innovative solutions that drive growth for both internal and external customers. We strive to bring technical expertise and business knowledge together to support a wide range of products. This internship focuses on Infrastructure, Site Reliability Engineering & Quality Assurance, where the intern will assist team operations and contribute to projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist team operations and contribute to projects.
- Pursue and apply methods to verify and improve the Americas asset inventory (CMDB) and dependency chains.
- Become familiar with ING Agile Way of Working and Microsoft Azure Boards to participate in sprint ceremonies and productivity measurements.
- Gather Incident ticket statistics and prepare trend reports.
- Collect artifacts and prepare documents to evidence effective risk controls.
Requirements
- Undergraduate college student, graduating in 2028 in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, engineering, or related field.
- Graduate students may also be considered for certain roles.
- Liberal arts majors interested in careers in finance and banking are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of computers and networks required.
- Attendance in office as needed and at least one day per week.
