About the Role

As an ACE for Granite State Independent Living, you can make a meaningful impact by providing compassionate support to our consumers and promoting their independence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-home care.
  • Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, eating).
  • Provide range of motion/exercises.
  • Perform laundry, meal preparation, housekeeping, and organization.
  • Assist with ambulation and transfers.
  • Operate mechanical lifting devices (training provided if necessary).
  • Provide medication reminders.
  • Support consumers with errands and community activities.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old.
  • Must be able to frequently lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds or more.
  • Must possess adequate car insurance (if applicable).
