About the Role
As an ACE for Granite State Independent Living, you can make a meaningful impact by providing compassionate support to our consumers and promoting their independence.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home care.
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, eating).
- Provide range of motion/exercises.
- Perform laundry, meal preparation, housekeeping, and organization.
- Assist with ambulation and transfers.
- Operate mechanical lifting devices (training provided if necessary).
- Provide medication reminders.
- Support consumers with errands and community activities.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old.
- Must be able to frequently lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds or more.
- Must possess adequate car insurance (if applicable).
