About the Role

Pamela is one of Big Mamma's newest restaurants in Berlin, seeking reliable and energetic Kitchen Porters. This role is essential for supporting the kitchen team, ensuring cleanliness, and organization, making it perfect for active individuals who enjoy teamwork and contributing daily.

Responsibilities

• Wash and clean dishes, kitchen equipment, and utensils efficiently.
• Ensure clean equipment and utensils are always available during service.
• Keep the dishwashing and kitchen areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Support the kitchen team with cleaning and operational tasks.
• Dispose of waste correctly and maintain high hygiene standards.
• Help with deliveries, storage, and general kitchen organization when needed.
• Support chefs and the wider kitchen team during busy services.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen, restaurant, or similar environment is a plus.
• Motivation to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Good physical stamina and ability to stay active during the shift.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Hands-on mindset and willingness to support the team.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Positive and team-oriented attitude.
• Reliability, energy, and a willingness to learn are valued over extensive kitchen experience.
