About the Role
The Network Analyst will provide network support and administration to multiple client projects within the Intelligence division on an international level.
Responsibilities
- Assist with network support, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
- Support senior staff with network deployments, migrations, and documentation.
- Help configure and monitor LAN, WAN, VPN, and firewall environments.
- Maintain accurate network records, inventories, and support documentation.
- Provide on-site and after-hours support when needed.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Networking, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience in network support, internships, co-op placements, or similar technical roles.
- CCNA certification completed or in progress is preferred.
- Foundational knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and network troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, and basic network security concepts.
- Exposure to network monitoring tools and documentation practices is an asset.
- Awareness of cloud and virtual platforms such as Azure, AWS, or VMware is a plus.

Salary/Compensations
- $58,000-$72,500 per year
