About the Role

Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Sales Representative for their Big Flats, NY location. This role involves lead-based sales with competitive compensation, offering significant earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations, follow-ups, and sales of Residential HVAC equipment and services.
• Maintain and improve sales revenue and gross margin for the Residential HVAC division.
• Regularly develop sales skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Schedule jobs, manage design, and handle job orders.
• Communicate the scope of work with Residential Install and/or Service teams.
• Ensure excellent client service from order to delivery and beyond.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous sales experience in a similar setting preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, home, and/or energy industries preferred.
• Clean driving record with a valid driver's license.

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of energy efficiency principles, building science, or insulation products preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, energy consulting, or related field preferred.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.

Salary/Compensations

• Base salary of $80,000 plus 2% commission for 6 months, then 10% commission-only.
• First-year potential earnings could exceed $150,000+.
• Anticipated first-year earnings of $150,000-180,000 or more.
