About the Role

This position provides excellent guest service and cleaning services in cabins and common areas, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests.

Responsibilities

• Prep cabin interiors by removing trash, stripping linens, and re-stocking provisions.
• Clean and stage outdoor cabin spaces, including lounge areas and cabin exteriors.
• Respond to guest concerns, complaints, or suggestions appropriately, referring them to management.
• Gather waste and contaminated materials for disposal in assigned areas, including cabins, trails, and common areas.
• Properly use and maintain assigned equipment and supplies, including vacuums, chemicals, and cleaning aides.

Requirements

• Work experience as a Trail Runner or Houseman/Houseperson is required.
• Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and products.
• Good physical health and stamina.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• This position involves continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 25-50 pounds.
