About the Role

In this role, you will support our experienced team in the tax advisory services for our clients and actively participate in diverse tasks. You will develop your tax expertise and gain insights into various industries and issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements according to HGB, profit calculations, and financial accounting for various business forms.
• Support the creation of tax returns and tax balance sheets for national and international clients.
• Prepare for tax audits and assist in handling out-of-court legal remedies.
• Participate in tax and business consulting for corporations and partnerships, developing individual solutions with the team.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and tax authorities, collaborating closely with colleagues from tax advisory and related departments.

Requirements

• Completed or nearly completed studies in economics with a focus on accounting/taxation, business law, or a degree in finance.
• First practical experience, e.g., through vocational training, internships, or working student positions, is advantageous.
• Structured and independent work style with good time management, performing tasks conscientiously and reliably.
• Honest, respectful, and trustworthy interaction with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ideally, initial experience with DATEV.
• Excellent German and good English language skills.
