About the Role

Responsibilities
- Learn about our products, services, and offerings.
- Advise customers, handle transactions, and schedule appointments to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Maintain sales and storage areas for an appealing product presentation.
- Assist with goods receipt, incoming goods inspection, and storage.
Requirements
- Good German language skills (minimum B2 level).
- Fresh ideas and a keen eye for order and detail.
- Patience and genuine enjoyment in explaining things and assisting with purchasing decisions.
- Curiosity to try new products and thoroughly engage with our product range.
- Enthusiasm for an active job and confident use of digital media.
