About the Role
In this role, you will act as a tutor, guiding learners through a 24-week program. You will lead a 90-minute online session weekly, utilizing interactive activities to deepen understanding of course content. Responsibilities include session preparation, ongoing learner support, and monitoring/evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare online sessions, adapting or developing activities and visual aids.
- Lead online sessions.
- Support learners outside of online sessions by answering questions.
- Monitor and evaluate course progress and participation.
- Gather and relay feedback from learners and trainers.
Requirements
- Experience in moderation, teaching, or workshop facilitation.
- Good understanding of HR, global recruitment processes, and legal frameworks.
- Knowledge and experience with Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) topics.
- Ability to quickly learn a specialized curriculum.
- Personal or professional experience with migration, skilled labor shortages, and workplace diversity.
- Familiarity with online tools such as Zoom, Google Drive, and learning platforms (LMS).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Good communication skills in English and German (at least C1 level).
