About the Role

This role involves developing close working relationships with Partner Brokers, providing training and software consultancy on the Acturis platform and other IT solutions. You will liaise with internal departments and brokers to resolve issues and promote Hedron Network's services. A deep understanding of the insurance software solution is key to helping brokers improve efficiency, processes, and overcome platform challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and install the Acturis system for Partner Brokers.
  • Provide training on Acturis and Hedron Network IT solutions.
  • Act as the primary contact for resolving broking and accounting issues.
  • Generate ideas and identify solutions to enhance Partner Broker efficiency and their Acturis system.
  • Contribute to Hedron Network partner communications.
  • Undertake all processes and activities in a compliant manner, adhering to TCF and other regulatory requirements.
  • Advise Partner Brokers of new developments through visits and frequent communication.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by responding swiftly to queries and concerns.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of system developments.
  • Create and update bespoke document and report templates for Partner Brokers.
  • Run system reports and build bespoke reports as required.
  • Deliver training to new and existing Partner Brokers.
  • Promote services offered by Hedron Network.
  • Deliver on personal annual objectives to a consistently high standard.
  • Review, update, identify, and address opportunities for excellence/growth in line with Team objectives while working independently and as part of the systems consultancy team.
  • Ensure Go lives are completed on time and to the satisfaction of the Partner Broker.
  • Ensure Projects are delivered on time and to the satisfaction of the Partner Broker.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Partner Brokers, teammates, and service providers.

Requirements

  • Extensive travelling involved.
  • Full UK driving licence is essential.
  • Primary focus: 'ownership' of a Panel of Partner Brokers using Acturis.
  • Liaise with Internal Hedron Network Teams for support and collaboration.
  • Liaise with 3rd Party Suppliers (especially Acturis) as necessary.

Skills

  • Acturis knowledge to 'Guru' level.
  • Excellent Training skills in both classroom and remote environments.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
  • Readiness to take ownership of issues and needs for designated Partner Brokers.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship building skills.
  • Good workload management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions in a consultative setting.
  • Ability to solve ad hoc problems and issues in a timely manner.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Acturis to superuser level.
  • Background knowledge of other Partner Broker back-office systems.
  • Experience of UK GI Broking Industry and practices.
  • Experience of UK GI Broking accounts is an advantage.
